Payment is done in two separate installments. The payment plan works as follows:

• First payment: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your commission when the creation of it starts. No payment is required before it’s your turn in the queue or before I start working on the video.

• Second payment: The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the video, before I send you the final download link. I will send you a short preview or a selection of screenshots to confirm the video is finished and meets your expectations before requesting the final payment.

All transactions are final and non refundable.
Flawless communication is needed between both parties during the creative process, and you will have the opportunity to request changes as your commission progresses. I will update you as it moves from writing to filming, and from filming to editing.

Revisions are free and unlimited, unless you want to change the core concept of the video after filming has begun. Major changes that require significant reshooting will be discussed and may incur additional costs, or will be denied if a revision is requested beyond a certain point of the creative process. (Ex: changing the story plot after the final edit).
Videos are intended for personal use only. Sharing, posting or reselling the content is strictly prohibited.
Commissioning a clip doesn’t come with the rights to the video itself.
This ensures the exclusivity of the commissions and protects videos from being stolen or shared by unauthorized parties.
I reserve the right to use short clips and screenshots of commissioned works for promotional purposes across all my social media platforms. I will always respect your privacy and remove any profile mentions at your request if needed.

Commissions are viewable for the public through subscription on Scatbook and Darkfans and are available to purchase ~1 year after the initial release.

I retain the full copyright of all videos. This includes the rights to resell, redistribute, and monetize the content as I see fit.

FOR SHORT REQUESTS ONLY: Short requests might be reposted for free on social media as stand-alone content.
Commissions will usually take up to two months to complete for 30 minutes, but it is impossible to give an exact delivery date as the creative process can be unpredictable. My current workload and my personal schedule will influence how long it will take me to finish your commission, but I will keep you updated on its progress.
You will also receive a special thank you in the video description, as well as a shoutout on my social media platforms. If you do not wish to be mentioned publicly, please let me know.
